Marc Oberhauser
Director
Marc brings over 23 years of experience across education, workplace, health and high-end residential projects. He is recognised for his thoughtful design approach, combining materials, proportion, colour and light to create award-winning outcomes. Marc also has extensive expertise in stakeholder management, concept design, approvals processes, building codes and construction methodologies. His approach is grounded in a strong understanding of how design, detail and construction come together to create enduring spaces. He brings a considered perspective to every project, balancing creative ambition with the practical requirements of delivering work to a high standard.

Hisham Noori
Director & QES Manager
Hisham joined CCG to strengthen the practice’s leadership in transport infrastructure projects. With extensive industry experience, he provides strong direction to the design team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget. His experience across complex projects gives him a strong understanding of the coordination, collaboration and decision-making required to deliver successful outcomes. Hisham is particularly focused on bringing clarity and structure to the design process, while maintaining a high level of quality from concept through to completion.

Rob Willoughby
Senior Project Architect
Rob joined CCG Architects in 2010 following international project experience in the Middle East. With more than 40 years of professional experience, he has held roles as Registered Architect, Branch Office Manager, Associate Director and Practice Director. Rob specialises in the successful delivery of PPP and Design & Construct infrastructure projects, bringing strong leadership and design management expertise. He is registered to practice in NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT.

Eric Park
Senior Associate Architect
Eric has extensive experience across transport infrastructure, education, commercial, residential and mission-critical facilities. His expertise spans design and project management of stations, rail maintenance facilities, carparks, education campuses, mixed-use developments and high-technology infrastructure projects. Eric is recognised for his attention to detail, technical capability and delivery of projects incorporating innovative systems and technologies.

Ronnie Maisnam
Senior Associate
Ronnie has over 20 years of experience across railway infrastructure, health, education and residential sectors, including more than 11 years with CCG. With a background in architecture and exposure to sustainable construction technologies in India, he brings a strong interest in environmentally responsive and practical design solutions.

Glenn Cameron
Architect/Associate
Glenn joined CCG in 2015 after two decades working across architectural practices in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. His experience spans high-end residential, education, multi-residential and commercial projects, with expertise across design, planning, documentation and contract administration. Since joining CCG, Glenn has expanded his experience into community and rail infrastructure projects.

Tony Trinh
Project Leader
Tony graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003 and joined CCG Architects in 2017. With more than 12 years of experience in transport and infrastructure projects, he has developed a strong track record in successful project delivery and is a key member of CCG’s Transport and Infrastructure team.

Sra Disthaporn
BIM Manager
With over 21 years of architectural experience, Sra brings strong capabilities in design, documentation and technical construction detailing. His expertise in BIM processes, project coordination and team leadership has supported the successful delivery of projects ranging from luxury residential developments to large-scale commercial and transport infrastructure projects.

Irene Zarate
Interior Designer
With over 9 years of industry experience, Irene has delivered interior design projects across hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. She specialises in functional planning, concept development and creative direction, transforming ideas into refined design outcomes through space planning, documentation, mood boards and 3D visualisation. Irene also brings strong expertise in material and finish selection, ensuring cohesive and well-resolved interiors.

Maya Malathi
Master of Architecture Graduate
After completing her Bachelor of Architecture in India in 2018, Vishnumaya worked in a small practice focused on tropical and vernacular architecture across residential and commercial projects. She later moved to Australia to pursue a Master of Architecture at the University of New South Wales, specialising in housing, graduating in 2024. With an interest in materials, construction techniques and user experience, she contributes to documentation and coordination across projects, currently focusing on transport, with an interest in expanding across other sectors.

Jeremiah Lee
Graduate of Architecture
Jeremiah is an Architectural Assistant and final-year Master of Architecture student at the University of Sydney. Jeremiah has been an active member within the community, contributing to initiatives that foster student engagement, mentoring, and collaboration. This reflects well within his work in practice, where Jeremiah has contributed to projects across a range of scales and contexts, developing interest in architectural response to both the environment and people. He enjoys working across both conceptual and technical aspects of projects through to their representation and resolutions.

Mia Mardini
Graduate of Architecture
Mia joined CCG in 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of New South Wales. With a family background in design and construction, she has been immersed in the built environment from an early age, developing a lasting passion for architecture. She is particularly interested in thoughtful, purposeful design that responds to its setting while enhancing the everyday experience of the people who inhabit it. Working across a range of sectors, she enjoys exploring both the creative and technical aspects of design, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning, developing her skills and creating meaningful, enduring architecture.
