The project involved the demolition of the existing Mt. Druitt Police Station and construction of a new Police Station to meet the current NSWPF requirements.

The existing site includes parking for operational vehicles as well as an informal staff parking area which covers a large proportion of the site.

The client requested the approval process be fast tracked. To achieve this, CCG managed and prepared the Self Assessment Documentation (under Part 5 of the Planning and Assessment Act), approval was achieved in October 2017.

CCG Architects completed the detail design and tender documentation for the new Police Station in parallel with the approval process.
