CCG documented a large residential development at Victoria Park in Zetland. 

The first stage, named ‘Garland Apartments,’ consisted of an 8 storey tower over 2 levels of car parking and comprised of 70 apartments. It is a concrete framed building with a folded anodized aluminium façade consisting of fixed and sliding panels.

Stage 2, named Stella Apartments, is a 9-storey tower over 3 levels of car parking with retail fronting Victoria Park Parade and consisting of 70 apartments.

Victoria Park is a complex development incorporating the latest in residential fixtures, finishes and construction methodology.
