Perched on a hillside overlooking Marina Bay in Croatia, Villa CR was conceived as a contemporary retreat, offering calm, privacy, and immersion in the natural landscape. Our vision for Villa CR was to create a home that feels effortless yet considered, where architecture serves as a quiet backdrop to the rhythms of Mediterranean life. This luxury villa is designed to capture breathtaking views while maintaining privacy for its residents. 

The L-shaped configuration of stacked volumes maximises outlooks while strategically shielding the interiors from neighbouring sightlines and prevailing winds. Thoughtfully integrated outdoor courtyards offer flexible spaces for family life, providing both shelter and adaptability in response to changing weather conditions. Natural stone, crisp detailing, and a calm interior language define the villa’s timeless character.

The villa’s curved form follows the natural topography, softening its visual presence and enhancing the surrounding landscape. Its careful placement also preserves neighbouring water views, fostering a considerate and harmonious relationship with the environment. The result is a serene, private retreat where architecture and nature blend seamlessly, celebrating the beauty of its exceptional location.
