CCG Architects, as part of a successful D&C tender submission, were commissioned to provide detail design and construction documentation for a high rise residential tower in North Sydney.

The building comprises 3 levels of basement, bicycle storage and individual secure storage for each unit; ground level retail for up to 4 tenancies fronting onto Pacific Highway, and 10 levels of units totalling 104 units plus a roof terrace/meeting room facilities for use as common space.
