Auburn Stabling Yard is a key project for RailCorp / Transport for NSW covering a site area of 70,000sq.m.


This high significance project for RailCorp rail network is located between Clyde and Auburn Railway Stations and is accessible via Manchester Road.

The yard houses eleven stabling roads, train entry point, staff car parking as well as Staff Facilities Building, smaller Yard Amenities Building, Signalling Building and a Pump House.


The facilities allow for overnight and off-peak stabling trains, interior and exterior cleaning, minor rolling stock repairs to improve RailCorp’s service functions.


CCG was engaged to provide architectural design and documentation services for all of the building component and pump house mentioned above and was lead consultant for other disciplines namely BCA, DDA, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture.
