CCG completed a refurbishment of a RailCorp office space in Burwood.

The design incorporated office space, meeting rooms, break-out and green room spaces over three levels to accommodate the relocation of 250 staff.

The fit out took advantage of the light and open plan space, with a number of innovative products, materials and finishes to create a vibrant work environment.

To ensure all staff teams were adequately catered for, the new premises required staged planning and programming, which saw the delivery of each stage meeting client expectations.
