CCG Architects was engaged to lead the design for the comprehensive refurbishment of the BMW Col Crawford showroom in Brookvale, delivered over two carefully planned stages to ensure uninterrupted dealership operations. 

Stage 1 focused on the first floor, incorporating a refined interior upgrade featuring new bathroom amenities, feature lighting and a modern cell ceiling installation. 

Stage 2 followed with the transformation of the ground floor showroom, integrating premium finishes, updated lighting and a feature Barestone wall with concealed fixings and crisp express joint detailing. 

The entire project was undertaken within a live dealership environment, with hoarded construction zones ensuring a clean, safe and operational showroom throughout. 

Our design approach prioritised brand alignment with BMW’s premium identity while enhancing customer experience and spatial clarity. This successful collaboration with Prime Projects demonstrates CCG’s capability in delivering complex commercial refurbishments with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
